Built by Operators. Powered by Artificial Intelligence
Jurny exists because the hospitality industry had a fragmentation problem — too many tools, too much manual work, and no single system that actually ran itself. We're here to fix that.
We believe AI should run the operations. Humans should run the hospitality.
Jurny is an AI-native operating system for short-term rental operators, boutique hotels, and enterprise hospitality portfolios. Our platform — jOS — is the first AI-native operating system built for hospitality, powered by NIA, a network of specialized AI agents that automate up to 90% of back-office operations so teams can focus on the guest experience that actually matters.
We're not a traditional PMS with AI features added on. We were built AI-native from day one — because we believe the future of hospitality isn't less human. It's smarter infrastructure that gives humans the time and space to be more human.
Our Story
Founded by serial entrepreneur and hospitality innovator Luca Zambello, who previously scaled a thriving Superhost-rated Airbnb business to over 300 properties, specializing in multifamily, furnished apartments, and fully automated boutique hotels, across five major cities in the U.S.
Jurny emerged from a decade of frontline hospitality experience during the early pioneering days of Airbnb.
Luca's deep understanding of the industry's complexities and opportunities drove the creation of Jurny—a cutting-edge software platform that seamlessly integrates hundreds of hospitality solutions into one unified operating system, allowing these solutions to communicate effortlessly.
At the core of Jurny is NIA (Network of Intelligent Agents), our proprietary agentic AI, the intelligent brain automating millions of guest communications, reservations, and operational workflows globally.
