  • The Jurny Owner Dashboard is a secure, permission-controlled portal, where property owners can view bookings, calendars, messages, and financial statements for their properties. It's completely separate from the jOS operator platform, so owners get the visibility they need without access to your operational controls.

  • Owners can see up to four sections depending on the permissions you set: a Dashboard overview (booking and performance summary), Messages (view-only communication history), Calendar (upcoming stays and availability), and Financials (statements, gross revenue, expenses, management fees, and net owner payments). You control exactly which sections each owner can access.

  • Yes. You can upload your company logo and choose an accent color — the Owner Dashboard reflects your brand, not Jurny's. You can apply your branding to all owners in your account with one click. A custom domain option is also available through your Customer Success Manager.

  • You add the owner in jOS, assign them to their properties, and send an invite. They receive a secure email link, create their login, and access their dashboard.

  • Owners see their statement table — including Statement Date, Property, Gross Revenue, Expenses, Management Fee, Net Owner Payment, and Status — filterable by property, unit, and date range. Statements can be downloaded in PDF or XLS format.

  • Yes. The Owner Preview Mode lets you view any owner's dashboard exactly as they see it — directly from your admin panel. Useful for troubleshooting, onboarding new owners, and answering questions fast.
